Food Journal, Wednesday October 6

Today I discovered DailyBurn.com and it's awesome! It's a food diary and workout log all in one, and there's an awesome free iPhone app for it. It even comes up with charts and stuff, and adjusts your daily calorie intake amount for you depending on how much exercise you get. I'm definitely gonna be using it from now on. Here's today!





Notice I'm 19 calories short of the minimum amount I should be eating....oops. So far I haven't met my calorie goals at all, but I'm getting closer. It just seems counter-intuitive to eat so much when I want to lose weight. That's why I think it'll be really great to have this website as a resource, so I'll be sure to stay on track and know when I'm eating too much or too little. Yayyy healthy!

Also I need to figure out a way to up my protein % and lower my carbs.....from what I understand I don't have the ideal ratio at the moment. But I love bread and cereal and oatmeal! :( We'll see how things go. Tomorrow I'm weighing myself again! I know it's pretty soon but Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days I walk past the scale in the White Building, so those are weight days, haha.

I'm feeling hungry again - guess I'll top off that second serving of Naked Juice before I go to sleep.
