Peanut Butter Cheddar Crackers (Lance brand), 1 package (6 crackers)
Dinner (730PM):
1 grilled chicken breast
5 oz turkey chili with beans
1.5 cup baby spinach, with shredded cheddar cheese, granola, balsamic vinaigrette and 2 hard boiled eggs
1 breadstick
Snack (945PM):
2 small chocolate chip cookies
